Anon zaps don't get around this validation issue. You should add this validation fix to Amethyst though. You can probably have your LLM fix it in 10 minutes.

The spec is pretty good, don't be too hard on yourself. bolt12 just changes the transport mechanism. don't think it will help much with validation.

If you see a zap on this note for 2.1 quadrillion sats, your client is not validating zaps correctly.

Apologies to anyone who got a zap for 21M Bitcoin and was later disappointed to not find that amount in their wallet. That might have been me.

A suprising amount of Nostr clients do not validate zaps correctly.
